Our law firm offers specialized legal services in maritime and shipping law and problems which arise from time to time in Umm Qasr relating to the importation of soft commodity and vegoil cargoes, as well as the export of Iraqi crude oil, and we have advised on several such matters. We have been involved in representing P&I Clubs and shipowners following collisions within Iraqi waters or arrests of vessels or cargo damage problems. Most of these activities have involved extensive negotiations with various state departments.

- Iraqi court work both in civil and criminal matters re maritime cases for shipowners and Masters. This includes disputes related to shipping operations, cargo claims, demurrage, salvage, and collisions through litigation, mediation, or arbitration.
- Participating in official court inspections with Judges and court experts in various shipping disputes.

- Collision work ranging from VLCCs to container ships to SPM Buoys
